సరైన సమాచారం లేకుండా, తొందరపాటు నిర్ణయాలతో భూములు కొనుగోలు చేసి, ఎంతో మంది తమ కష్టార్జితాన్ని కోల్పోతూ ఉండడం నేను చూశాను. అలాంటి పరిస్థితులు చూసినప్పుడు, ఇది మరింత బాధ్యతతో చేయాల్సిన పని అని అనిపించింది

అందుకే BBR Estates లో ప్రతి ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ను, నేను పెట్టుబడి పెడితే ఎలా ఆలోచిస్తానో అదే జాగ్రత్తతో ప్రణాళిక చేస్తాను. అనుమతుల నుంచి లేఅవుట్ రూపకల్పన వరకు సరైన విధంగా చేయడమే నా లక్ష్యం. గత మూడు దశాబ్దాలుగా నా ప్రయాణం నెమ్మదిగా, ఒక్కొక్క కస్టమర్ విశ్వాసంతో ముందుకు సాగింది. భూమిలో పెట్టుబడి పెట్టే ప్రతివారు, తమ భవిష్యత్తును నాకు అప్పగిస్తునారు అని నేను నమ్ముతాను. ఆ విశ్వాసం, నాకు ఎప్పటికీ బాధ్యతగా ఉంటుంది. ఆ బాధ్యత భావన ప్రతి కొత్త ప్రాజెక్ట్‌లో కూడా నాకు మార్గనిర్దేశం చేస్తూనే ఉంది.

Each plot is sold only after verification through Encumbrance Certificate, link documents, and title checks. Registration is done directly in the buyer’s name, ensuring first and clear ownership.

Yes, selected nationalized and private banks provide loans for approved vacant land. Interest rates generally range between 9%–12% depending on bank policies and buyer eligibility.

The project follows all applicable statutory approvals. Specific approvals are shared transparently for each project during site visit or documentation stage.

Yes. The layout provisions include electricity connectivity and water supply planning as per local authority norms.
